What we collect

Funciety LLC, the operator of funciety.io, is responsible for information collected through this website. When you use the inquiry form, Funciety LLC receives the name, email address, company, service interest, and message you choose to provide. The form includes a hidden anti-spam field. We do not ask for passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information.

Like most web servers, ours automatically logs technical request information including IP address, requested page, date and time, referring page, and browser user-agent. These logs help us secure, troubleshoot, and operate the site.

Why we use it

We use submitted information to understand and respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether Funciety can help, and maintain a record of the conversation. We do not sell information submitted through this form.

Where it is stored

Inquiry records are stored privately on Funciety's server. Access is limited to operating personnel who need it to respond. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not include confidential credentials or highly sensitive information.

Retention and choices

We keep inquiry information only as long as it is reasonably useful for the conversation, business records, and applicable obligations. Server access logs are configured to rotate daily and retain 14 archived rotations. You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, subject to records we must retain.
